Eternal Summers announce ‘The Dawn of Eternal Summers,” say what?

February 16, 2012  |  eternal summers

Here we go with some big Eternal Summers news. Remember when you first discovered “Fall Straight Back” on Gorilla vs Bear, or “Lightswitch” via Pitchfork? Or did you miss out on the super limited edition first EP 10″ pressing altogether? Well, now is your chance to correct the situation. Eternal Summers collected their first EP, for the A side, and coupled it with 7 inch singles, some excellent cover songs, and a b side for the, you guessed it, B side. We are pressing it to colored vinyl and putting it out just in time for Record Store Day, April 21. Oh, and it is called, what else?, The Dawn of Eternal Summers.

All tracks, except the cover songs which are vinyl only, are going up digital as well. Tracklisting is below.

“Royal Baths hyped the energy with their multi-layered screeching guitar rips and liquidating phased vocals, building a brooding wave of ear-candy distortion………Royal Baths are a change of taste in the New York horizon.” Modern Mystery Blog
